How can I purchase back issues?
To purchase back issues online, please visit the Kalmbach Store. This webpage displays all of the available back issues for Kalmbach Publishing's magazine titles and much more! Scroll down to search by topic, category or issue date.

The cost per issue is the current cover price plus shipping and handling. We request a minimum order of two back issues. (Titles may be mixed.)


How can I purchase other products available?
To purchase other products available, please visit the Kalmbach Store. The Kalmbach Catalog is a hobbyist's source for books, calendars, magazine back issues and binders, railroad and model railroading videos and downloadable articles and projects.


What if my product arrives damaged?
Kalmbach Publishing Co. offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. It is our goal to provide products and services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you received, you may return them for a refund, replacement or exchange. The directions for return shipments can be found on the back of your packing slip.

It is always a good idea to contact our Customer Service department prior to returning the package as a note can be made in our system that will aide in proper reimbursement/replacement.

How do I return a shipment?

The directions for return shipments can be found on the back of your packing slip. If you have misplaced your packing slip, please use the following instructions:

Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Credit for returned damaged or defective merchandise and your shipping cost will be credited to your account or a replacement will be shipped to you in return.

Please send your packing slip or a copy of the packing slip along with the return package, and include your name, address, daytime telephone number and reason for the return.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal check or money order. Payment should be in U.S. funds, drawn on an U.S. bank. Please do not send cash by mail.

Canadian prices include GST and shipping and must be payable in U.S. funds. Foreign prices include shipping and handling and must be payable in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. Bank.
